Vi Engineers
- Greg Pryce PhD BEng: Before joining Vi, Greg was Research fellow at the University of Leeds for 5 years, where he specialised in the biomechanical and tribological testing of joint replacements for the human market. Greg also successfully completed a PhD in Medical engineering in 2019, which focused on the mechanisms of rim damage of polyethylene acetabular liner of total hip replacements.
- Barnaby King MEng: Barnaby joined Vi in 2022 as an Engineering Placement Student during my MEng Bioengineering degree at the University of Sheffield. During his degree, he specialised in Biomedical Engineering and completed his dissertation on a comparison of the human knee gait during stair ascent and descent. In Barnaby’s final year of University, he continued working part time with Vi before rejoining full time after having successfully completed his Master's year.
Vi Advisory Board Members
- Nicci Meadows BVetMed CertAVP GSAS MRCVS RCVS: Nicci Meadows graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2006 and spent six years in general small animal practice before becoming an RCVS Recognised Advanced Practitioner in 2013 having completed her RCVS Small Animal Surgery certificate. Nicci has worked as a peripatetic orthopaedic surgeon since 2015 providing an in house referral service to primary care practices. During this time, Nicci has also provided locum orthopaedic surgeon cover for a number of large specialist referral hospitals including Liverpool University Small Animal Teaching Hospital. She especially enjoys the varied case-load that comes with working closely with first opinion practices, and has a particular interest in stifle surgery and elbow arthroscopy.

Tom Anderson BVSc PGCert DipECVS MRCVS: Tom Anderson graduated in 2016 from the University of Bristol and worked in general practice prior joining Dick White Referrals, Cambridge UK, where he has undertaken both internship and surgical residency. Tom passed boards and became an EBVS and RCVS European Specialist in Small Animal Surgery in 2024 and remains at Dick White Referrals as an Orthopaedic Surgeon. His primary clinical interests are fracture repair and the management of elbow dysplasia.
