Molly is a RCVS Recognised Specialist in Zoo and Wildlife Medicine. She gained her RCVS certificate in Zoological Medicine in 2001, and her Diploma in Zoological Medicine (Mammalian) in 2007.
In this webinar the panellists will discuss the main and divergent applications for F10 products in the small mammal (exotic) veterinary field. F10 is non-corrosive and in view of its safety profile is ideal to use by fogging, for the control of air borne contagious (typically respiratory) infections, e.g. mycoplasma, as well as respiratory viruses, fungi and bacteria. F10 products can be administered by nebulisation and are licensed for the treatment of bacterial, fungal and viral infections (rhinitis, tracheitis, and pneumonia), on occasions used alone, in other situations used in combination with traditional systemic therapy, subsequent to culture and sensitivity testing. F10’s safety and efficacy by fogging is second to none.
Dermal applications, F10 can be used for fungal (dermatophytosis), or bacterial dermatitis, superficial injuries or when combined with insecticide to combat the risk of myiasis.
